There were 2 reasons why the season finale of Grey’s Anatomy was so good. First off, Patrick Dempsey looked gorgeous as usual. But, aside from McDreamy’s dashing looks, I was blown away by one of the songs that was featured on the finale.
I cannot get Andrew Belle’s In My Veins out of my head. The song, which was played during the death of a doctor, not only solidified the moment on-screen, but it also increased Belle’s fan base, as many Grey’s fans are fast becoming Belle fans. Case in point, me.
Belle, who steals attention with his soft but emotionally hard-hitting words, But you catch a glimpse of sunlight, shining, shining down on your face, your face, on your face / Oh, you’re in my veins, and I cannot get you out / Oh, you’re all I taste, at night inside of my mouth, is worthy enough of being the song of the day, maybe even song of the week.
Watch the video below, and make sure you visit Belle’s MySpace to listen to his other hits, including, The Ladder, Add It Up, and Make It Without You.
